The main pool was large. It had many different sections. Restaurants offered a good selection of food, too. I had a family suite. It offered nice views.
There were moments when the pop was warm. It was not well-refrigerated.

The staff was helpful. They addressed my needs quickly. There were many pools available. My family enjoyed swimming there. The water park was fun. The children liked the slides.
The food options were sometimes limited. The buffet had similar items daily. Cleanliness in dining areas was inconsistent. I noticed uncleared tables. Finding clean cutlery was sometimes difficult. This was inconvenient during peak hours.

I just spent a week here with my family. the rooms are spacious and cleaning was daily. i liked that bottled water was provided daily in the room. the lifeguard was helpful. He assisted with sunbeds each morning.
the free internet was slow, difficult to do anything online.

The pools were a plus. They were big and there were multiple pools, that's acceptable.
The 24-hour bar charged after midnight. I found this awful. It's advertised as a 5-star resort. Lunch and dinner got repetitive. I was annoyed, but the food mostly had okay flavor.
